Disgusted by DSTV
DSTV is the worst company I've ever dealt with. The R1.4 billion loss in the previous financial year is indicative of their poor customer service. They don't care to resolve client's queries. Every single year they lose a significant number of subscribers but no strategy to improve customer service...shocking!!! I gave the 1 star because there is no option to give them zero star rating.
