Disgusted at DSTV false advertising and been unprofessional at all measures

Good day, Multichoice is not professional at all and what they advertise is false on discounts, on compact plus I was paying a huge amount, then DSTV came with a special on premium for six hundred and forty nine rand and in the end I have to pay eight hundred and fifty rand, how pathetic. When you call the customer services they can't even help as they state its the other back office that does it, they must write an email, but nothing is sorted its the third phone call ive called, and still nothing is done, on why its not on discount. I even have to waste my cell phone calls that also become costly. I am disgusted with DSTV service its become very unprofessional with no help at all, all it entails in the end is pay the bill, which is so high, not even what's advertised. I've been years with DSTV yet its as if a person is just not seen or heard at any measures. I'm disgusted.
