Disgusted at DSTV

I'm again calling to cancel dstv Disney plus and I have called over 3 months for it to be cancelled and yet this month I am paying extra on my dstv account. The supervisor called me last month and I told him there is no help at the call centre and to cancel the dstv disney pkus, he said he would and look into my matter on the call centre not helping, nothing was done. I spend a long time with the call centre on a call, which costs money, I'm disgusted at the service at dstv, there is no more service at all, all its about is adding money on the account, very unprofessional
