DISGUSTED AND IRATE CLIENT DUE TO BAD SERVICE

I am disgusted by the service of Dstv, I have been a loyal customer of Dstv for more than 15years, I bought a decoder through black Friday deals, as my current decoder is giving me issues, I paid on the Dstv app this was on 25/11/2025, I have still not received that decoder to this day, Ram couriers called me at work unable to pick up the call, they never called again, today I bought alot of airtime to call Dstv, was assisted by Capable agent Sesethu who was very helpful, this review is not a reflection on the service she provided, she was very helpful in escalating the issue for me, I am really disappointed in Dstv am also considering to cancel my subscription as they have no client centricity.
