Disgusted

Its been almost a full month.I have contacted the call centre department visited the walk in chatted to the helpdesk but yet no one is able to assist and fix my system but it is expected of me to pay the full amount due!!! its getting worse and worse my decoder gets removed without my knowledge and then I get billed additional R125!!!!!this is so disgusting and I really cant believe how long I can bear to still be with DSTV im paying for a premium package but I am not able to rewind pause record nothing!!! Get an installer out they do a ****py job not much belp as well everyone just wants the money and dont provide quality of services!!!!
