Disgusted

My services has been disconnected for a few years so I reconnected on the 26th of April 2023. I phoned in to have it reconected and asked to be conected on the R129 package which I was told I had to a reconection fee which total amount came to R169.00 paid it an i was reconected I recieved an sms today the 8th of May 2023 stating I have to pay R469.00 then I could continue watching so I phoned in and asked why I need to pay R469.00 and was told that my payment date is on the 4th of every month and that I'm according to there system I'm on the family package but I only recieved the R129.00 package channels which I paid for from R469.00 this guy told I must only pay half then he would reconect my services. DSTV YOU ARE PATHETIC!!!! I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO USE YOUR SERVICE .You just rip people off!!!!!!!
