Disgusted

Dstv agency at Springs,has been offline for the past 4 hours,we have been sitting and the staff are having conversations amongst themselves that we sitting at our own risk because there is nothing they can do,dstv had been providing the worst service for the past 2 years,so if I may ask what are we suppose to do then we leave far and can't come back everyday,train your staff on customer service .
