Disgusted

The change of ownership department is a disgrace. My mom passed away and i requested to change ownership to my name. They messed it up from the start, not paying attention to any of my details. They asked for a marriage certificate and contacted my ex who has nothing to do with anything. Really disgusted in their service!!!
