Disgusted??

So I signed up for this Pricelock deal with Dstv in February Was told I would only pay R899 even when I told the lady I already had an Explorer with extra view Only to find out that my actual price would be R980, that’s how you trick people making it seem to good to be true because I was ok with my one Explorer that is false advertising ? I actually want.l to cancel this whole contract and you can take back your explorer I don’t care. I was also told they would only deduct end of March so I paid my DSTV as I usually do cash at Pep only for them to deduct more than they said they would endof March Why???? Because according to the first agent I spoke to my bank reversed the amount the amount so I should go to them Which I did only to find out because of an error on their side they deducted in march even though my account was paid First ref number -i225 Then I was in credit of R806 second ref was logged would take a day to be paid out Nothing happened ref number - 2nd Ref number - ********** 9-i264 Still waiting on my refund phoned again New ref number *** - Ref number ********** 9 - i271 will escalate also take a day These people think I have time to sit on the phone with them everyday Worst service ever plus the installer they use sucks as well I would like to cancel come get your explorer
