Disgusted

I have been to the dstv store in phoenix to change my package.The consultant took my payment and assured me that everything to continue as normal, four days after that my account was suspended and i was asked to make a payment of R118 which i did even though it was not my fault.Even after making the additional payment to get things sorted out still my account was not fixed as payment was processed on an old account. my self and child stayed without dstv for 5 days. I have contacted the call centre about 12 times and spoke to 12 different people from Rand-burg,Cape town and Umhlanga and had to explain myself 12 times over. No notes left on the system,no one know anyone. After the run around the signal was sorted and was told i will be reimbursed R100 for phone calls and 5 days for not being able to watch TV. When i went to make my payment for this month, i was told there is an over due fee. I was frustrated.Was promised a call back from the admin to check the journal that did not happen. I tried contacting her myself and she was not available. Left messages. still no response. Now i have to wait until the 07/09/2015 to see if my account will still be active. Worse experience EVER
