Disguisted with DSTV

Never in my life have i ever struggled with someone like i do with DSTV. I installed an explora ultra and since then terrible service from DSTV it is like they just dont care about their customers only about your money. Totally disgraced 2nd month in a row that they have done this to me. Waiting for a month alrady for a manager to call me back.
