Disgruntled subscriber

iam having a frustrating problem with DSTV pricelock first I called to cancel then was told I cant, then I said ok but then discovered that iam being billed for the pricelock package that is not even installed and then to make matters worse I discovered also that my package was installed even before it was delivered to me and now they expect me to pay for 2 subscriptions and then all the installers they recommend is not equipped to install the pricelock packages.
