Disgruntled, dissatisfied, de*****ed and exploited by Goliath known as Multichoice DSTV!

My subscription for Copmact and extra viewing is R624 monthly. On Tuesday 23/03 I received an sms that I have to pay R1800 for the month of March. Upon enquiry I was told that I activated a third decoder and Showmax at my "supposed" holiday home on the 4/02/2021.I was promised that they would cancel both as I did not know anything about this package. Multichoice then told me that even though they said they'd cancel, I was still expected to pay the R1800. This is totally unacceptable and **********, instead of investigating Multichoice acts exactly like the ********* who used my details to commit this heinous crime. Please help, I feel helpless.
