dstv agents upgraded my account without my permission or knowledge according to me this is *****.I ONLY FOUND OUT BY CHANCE BECAUSE THE DECODER HAS SIGNAL ISSUES I HAD TO CALL IN FOR IT TO BE CANCELLED OR SUSPENDED UNTIL THE SIGNAL IS NORMAL AGAIN.WHAT A BUNCH OF ******
