Disgraceful service

Iim still waiting for a response from dstv as usual you guys a perfect for ****en nothing. So after 3 complaints on hello peter with no solution or dstv taking ownership and accepting their fault in the matter, i was told to make a payment arrangement. So i decided to call dstv guess what!? There is no record of anyone ever working o my account, no complaints were logged absolutely sweet ****all!! The agent got a manager and guess what? The manager said she would call me back in 15 min. Its the next day and im still waiting. My consumer rights have been vialoted by dst and i am absolutely digusted in level of service, if you even have one. I have logged my complaint with the financial umbudsman and have now handed this situation to my lawyer. You guys really think your busy with an idiot.
