Disgraceful Multichoice.
This is now the worst service provider in RSA. They recommend that you should stop your service while on holidays, but this wonderful consultant told me that she can only disconnect my service as from the 1stof January 2020. We went on holidays on the 21st and will be back home on the 3rd. Now I must pay for nothing from now till the 1st. How bad can you get? No pathetic. This is what you get, when you have *********** consultants, or being too lazy to perform their duties properly. During the winter storm our dish was blown off and a great person turned it off immediately, now this woman is a disgrace to any company's customers who pay their accounts that they can receive these high salaries, or it will be another strike for higher wages. Multichoice try to put your customers first and not your lazy workers.

Your DStv subscription is a month-to-month service. When you pay your subscription, the service for that month is therefore fixed.
In order to fully align with our billing rules, downgrades and suspensions can only happen once a month, on the day your next subscription payment is due.
In the past we allowed changes to your package, downgrade / disconnect at the client's request at any time of the month. This was concession on our part as our system couldn't facilitate it.
This is to now ensure that subscribers adhere to the month to month billing rules.
We've implemented a tool to schedule your downgrades as well as suspension of services.
