Disgrace of a service provider. I am writing yet another review on the same company is less than 3 months. Their promises are just lies. Started a new subscription in July after I had already paid in full for the month of July but in Aug I was charged R1334 for compact package. Which meant Aug fees new contract, Aug fees for old contract even though it's been canceled plus pro rata fee. When I ask to be refunded for the remainder of the days I had already paid for in July I am being sent from pillar to post. As that was not enough Sept I was charged 850 again way more than the compact subscription fee. Yet right now I am typing this review and I am disconnected again as the debit order bounced. I mean why should I continue paying when DSTV is owing me still.

My advice would be if you still using DStv stop using debit order option as they take advantage and take whatever amount they want but delay the refund.

From now on I am canceling my DSTV altogether. I cannot be suffering like this. There are lot of options out there.
