Disgrace

I have been contacting DSTV for two weeks now regarding an outstanding amount that appears on my name that i don't off. i have been sent from pillar to post by their *********** and unprofessional agents. which don't seem to not know what is CUSTOMER SERVICE. the disgrace of a agent i just spoke to by the name of NONELA BIXA who is not supposed to be on calls because it seems like she doesn't know what she is doing. she laughs whilst on the call and make conversations with her colleagues whilst speaking to her. apparently the MANAGER JONATHAN is always in meeting and supervisor Miss Shannon is not always around so no MANAGEMENT is on the floor assisting "them"

i have an issue with my account and i need it resolved A.S.A.P can someone from management call me so we can get to the bottom of this?
