Discusting Service 1 Month 1 week no feedback Previous complaint NO FEEDBACK FOR 1 MONTH NOW

How useless , they have cut me off this month 4 times. Yes 4 times which cost me 15 to 20 minutes on the phone explain the same thing over and over. A account from 2016 have suddenly appeared on my holiday account which I dispute after promise after promise, easy to trow the ball back to the client and say go and listen at recording which I dispute which is an hour from my home town. They have my voice on the system 4 times when you cut me off. Take responsibility to listen and compare. But I guess to much work. I have paid for the month but you cut me off on the dispute which I have logged. You owe me 3 days in credit as well for the cut offs. After 30 years of a client this is the treatment you get.

I guess my one account will not make difference but cheers DSTV from your client which supported you over the years, I had enough
