DISCUSTED BY THE SERVICE I GOT FROM MULTI CHOICE DSTV

I am very disappointed with this company firstly back in 2019 i received a call from kumari Nadarajan from Blake & Associates who told me i was handed over for a decoder that i took from Multichoice in 2019 i advised them that i don't know anything about that decoder , He asked me to send my ID copy an a Affidavit as i told them i have no knowledge of a decoder, I emailed everything later he confirmed via email that the matter was taken back to Multi choice for investigations, and never heard anything from them to me i thought everything was sorted out until i saw that i was listed on ITC by Multichoice. I sent an email to them on the 10th September 2022 advising them about the incident however all i got from them was an email stating the matter was escalated for investigations. i even asked for recording or address where the decoder was installed but they failed to assist with that, Clearly they don't know what they are doing and just desperate for money. all i want from them is to remove my name from ITC do proper investigations or am taking this matter to the ombudsman and all social media platforms.

I DONT OWE MULTI CHOICE I DONT HAVE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM SO PLEASE REMOVE MY NAME ON ITC FOR YOUR STUPID DECODER!!!!!!
