Discussing service

The revolting service I have received from DSTV is beyond appalling and if they don't find a competitor soon it will a terrible thing to have. I had a case logged for my connection cause I kept being charged redicules amounts for my package which they couldn't explain why when I asked so I reversed my last debit order and asked for an explanation for the exuberant amount I was told they were logging it to accounts and the will be calling me soon but no one ever called me and my account was suspended. I asked again and spoke to a gentleman who activated my account and told me that accounts will call me and I should be credited for the extra charges on my account but again no one called me and my account suspended. I have just chatted with a very rude Thobile Mbhele who said her manger was Khululwa Cuwa and I still got no help or time frame of when I will get help it makes no sense to make double the payment for a package.
