A polling service, could not get assistance in upgrading my Data service, called 5 times spoke to different consultants, requested to speak to a team leader 4 times, not even 1 team leader came to attend to my query, not even 1, all agents at multichoice need to be up skilled for all product. Team leaders need to be trained to attend to escalations, and not hide behind consultants, they need to understand their role as leaders, I'm so disappointed, the amount of time and energy spent to request upgrade for data, imagine, I'm so disappointed.
