Discrepancies between paid amounts and debit order

We received Multichoice Statements, showing payments made by debit order on a monthly basis, however there are discrepancies between the amounts shown as paid on the multichoice statement and the amounts actually been debited on the bank statements. We submitted a query with proof attachments on the 8th of Dec '15 - received an automatic reply That they will get back to us within 24 hours, needless to say after about 15 call center calls and forwarding the email to 3 multichoice supervisors over this time - and getting a case number we have received no feedback at all!!!! From Sept 2015 till Jan 2016 more money have been debited from the bank account than what is stated on the multichoice statement. We had two multichoice debit orders in January. IT makes you wonder where does the money go to?
