DISCOUNT WITHDRAWN

Sooooooooooo for the longest time I have been on compact. Decided to do away with DSTV for a while and recently had my account reinstated (VERY BAD IDEA). My account went from owing below R200 to now owing R729.13. I called on the 24th of January, time of call 14H13, duration of call 00:13:36. I was told multichoice initially gave me a discount and decided to withdraw it?????????? How does that even work? You give me a discount that I NEVER asked for then take it back? The lady I spoke to said she would escalate and give me feedback, to date I await! I was fime WITHOUT them. This is the EXACT reason why I did away with them to begin with. no wonder most people are leaving
