Disconnections of my DSTV

On 06 September 2015 I paid my dstv account via internet and it was paid on the wrong beneficiary name instead of multichoice dstv ,it was paid to Box Office Dstv with my reference number of ***2.Since then I've been experiencing disconnections every week. I've tried to call their call center several times and send some emails together with the proof of payment, then they will reconnect for the day then after 3 days disconnected again. Their call center agents promised to look at the matter but it is now 2 months still the matter not solved. On the 26 October 2015 I've send the email to their enquiries department and I was given the following reference number ***,again on the 05 November 2015 I was given ref *** and on the 07 November 2015, I made a call to their call center and I was given an email to unallocated payment by the call center agent and of cause I did send the proof of payment in that email and I received their reply together with reference number *** saying that they will reply within 3 days, again on the 09 November 2015 instead of receiving a reply from them I received corresponded with a reference *** saying that they will reply within 3 days
