disconnections
Hi my name is Tebogo!im having a problem with dstv lately ,whats the use of paying the account in time if my services gets disconnected,i paid my account on the date arranged,my services got disconnected last night ,and i recieved an sms stating that my services have been disconnected due to non paymnet,i called dstv n the lady told me that my paying went straight to residential,meaning it got paid into a wrong account that was today wednesday 09.00am ,the lady reconnected my services ,at 14.15 pm i got another sms stating that my 24months contract has been suspended due to no payment ,im really getting ****ed off now.

According to our records, you have been assisted. The payment has been transferred to your Price Lock account and the service is active.
Here’s the reason that causes the Price Lock payments reflect in the residential account.
One of the primary requirements for Price Lock contract is that the account should be paid by debit order. If not, the payment will reflect directly in the residential account which should be transferred to the Price Lock account.
