Disconnection of Services even though payment was made ON TIME!!!

I've had the worst experience ever!!! Definitely cancelling my contract coz why pay for services I don't use. I was billed but my services were disconnected and the *********** call center agents are sending me from pillar to cost for a mere reconnection!!!
