Disconnection as an when they like

I am on the R99 package and i pay it every month, but for the past 2 months they have been disconnecting me as and when they want to, even though ive paid the account, and each time they disconnect me they expect me to pay the R50 reconnection fees and i refuse, because clearly someone isnt doing their job.. The day after i make payment i get an on screan msg to pay my acc yet on the self help page ot says otherwise.. Im tired of this inconvience now..
