Disconnection after payments

I recently took pricelock from dstv and since 28 Aug 2019 I have been calling them trying to get reconnected because they disconnect me and I always have to call them but the same thing happens the following day or 2. O called on the 16th of September spoke to nomfundo who said she will escalate the matter and reconnect, the following day I phoned again spoke to Asanda who reconnected me but on the 19th of September it was off again I called AGAIN spoken to luniel was reconnected only to have disconnected again im 2 days now I paid again end of September and im still disconnected was given *** by Nolungelo but no one answers that particular number I'm very dissatisfied I want answers from pricelock and remedial action ASAP
