Disconnection

Good day. I would like to say that dstv is the worst service provider ever. I have been a customer for years and every 3 months I have a problem where I pay and the next day my service gets disconnected. Again today I paid on the 15 as I always do and my service got disconnected after using up r100 worth of airtime a d sending proof of payment they do not bother to call you back. But the service remains disconnected I can see why people is cancelling this service. I am so disappointed and frustrated with dstv
