Disconnecting Services even though payments was made before the due date

every week my subscription gets cancelled even though I paid my full subscription on time like I normally do. I have to phone them to reconnect the service and then being charge R50 re-connection fee. this is **************** because they can see my money being pis but they still disconnect the services.
