Disconnecting services

I have paid dstv account on the 1st of Feb but the keep on disconnecting my account every second day, when I call the customer service they connect me then every second day they disconnect me, I have asked for a refund they don’t want to..my account number *** I want my money back so I can cancel my subscription with them
