DISCONNECTING OF SERVICES

Since I've subscribed with Multichoice several years ago, I had a debit order for my monthly payments which they presented to my bank for payment every month. There was never a problem, until the beginning of October when they didn't present it for payment. I still don't know why. But since then, they keep on disconnecting my services, today was I think the 10th time! In the meantime I've made two payments, both over R800.00 to get my services re connected, but for some reason they can't allocate my payments. I've emailed these proof of payments to various people whom I've been talking two in this past month, and also to their accounts department, but still nobody can allocate it. In the meantime I must spend hours on my cell phone to get re connected every time they disconnects me. This is costing me a fortune, not to speak of the re connection fees I have to pay. If this was my fault I have no reason to complain, but as I said, they didn't present my debit order for payment, and now I have to suffer the consequences of their incompetency. I am very annoyed with their service, or should I rather say lack of service. Is this their way of making money???
