Disconnecting not validating kings and queens!!!!

I wish there were no stars to give these people! My account is paid! Dstv has disconnected my account twice in the last week! Today when I call they tell me their system is down! How is that my problem? Honestly the worst people to deal with. I spoke to Nombulelo and Ashley from the Durban contact centre and well yeah! Hai hai hai!!!! Truly you guys should hand this business over to people who actually understand and CARE about people because yah neh!!!
