disconnecting my services before payment date
DSTV keeps on saying that I owe them as they have been disconnecting my services and they are days where I have stayed without DSTV 04-07 January 2018 but I owe them nothing .I made the payment in November 2017 and I was told that my payment were not reflecting on their side I was advised to send proof of payment to them to proof of payment Dep. And to two of their agents .I was connected again after that I had to call them each and every week till today as my services have been disconnected again this morning. Following are the date when my services were disconnected 10-12-2017 I was assisted by Wandile /Bandile who was very rude and he refused to connect my services 16-12-2017 21-12-2017 26-12-2017 31-12-2017 07-01-2018 12-01-2018 and 17-01-2018 .My last day to make payment is month end but I was disconnected on that day and charged disconnection fee of which I disputed .I was then told that the payment that was made in November 2017 has not been allocated. Ntombi told me that it was not their duty to allocated payments for client But my question is aren’t they supposed to check their notes before disconnecting service. Aren’t they not supposed to check the last day of the client to make the payment before disconnecting services and adding disconnection fee? How many clients have paid this disconnection fee because of their negligence .I was promised that Pamela Sibuwa and Adam Swayi will give me a call till today nothing has happened .Today I spoke to Natasha and explained my complaint to her I then asked to speak to her superiors ( Manqoba mahlangu) She said that she was not in as yet I then asked to speak to her manage she said she doesn't know who her manager is .she kept on hold for 14 min: I then dropped the call
