Disconnecting DSTV

I am extremely upset as they keep disconnecting my sister's DSTV because they do not want to cancel the insurance, we have been calling for the past two months and they still refuse to cancel it and making her pay re connection fee. they pass her around without solving it, everyday is a different story. they lie about supervisor fixing it and they will call back which they never do. and reconnect it for 2 days and disconnect again. This is unacceptable how you treat and lie about being on it when hey are not... the past 2 days it was a lie from samu fixing it and will call at 11 to this day we are waiting!!! today its Nozi who said the supervisor and second in command is not there to authorize it, we've been waiting for authorisation since February!!! Should we cancel her DSTV just because she doesnt want to take the R20 insurance?<br>
