Disconnected twice in one month! ******!

I sent proof of payment via email about a week ago and received an email back saying payment was received. Even got a message on my decorder saying payment was received and was reconnected. Come one week later iv been disconnected AGAIN!!! They are busy demanding an extra R100 ontop of my paid amount. For what??? This why people are leaving Dstv for Netflix and other platforms. This sloppy service is unacceptable! We work HARD for our money!
