DISCONNECTED SERVICES ONCE AGAIN!!
I have never been so frustrated in my life.
I have contacted DSTV three times already this month to downgrade my DSTV pakage from compact to access. First Call occurred on the 24th December 2019 at 20h29 second call occurred on the 29th December 2019 at 14h40 they have again disconnected our services after a payment was made before the cut off of R105 for the access package. I have made another call today and the lady advised that the downgrade never occurred. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE PATHETIC SERVICE AT MULTICHOICE??????

21 Jan 2020, 15:58Dear Kazi,
On behalf of MultiChoice, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused and for the negative experience that you've had.
Kindly note, we have tried reaching you on your cellphone to no avail.
In the meantime, we took the liberty of going through your account; rectifying and reconciling it and this is what we found.
On 7/12/2019, when you called to get the amount due, you were advised of R232.50 which would cover you up to 25/12/2019, and you then made a payment of R250.00.
However, you called on the same day and requested that your payment date be changed to the 1st of every month. You then needed to pay in an amount that would have covered you further for the period 26-31 December, as the R250.00 would not have been sufficient. So because the system picked up that the amount paid in was insufficient, your services were then disconnected. The payment of R105.00 that you then made on the 31st went towards the subscription of the days passed.
We have downgraded your services to the Access package, however you'd need to make a payment of R89.19 which will cover you till 31/01/2019 before the services become active. Once the amount reflects, your services will automatically be reconnected
Should you need any further assistance regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us on the following platforms;
