Disconnected services for no reason!

Dstv drains all the energy you have. Since the beginning of December I have been calling dstv every week because they always disconnect my services with an error of owing payment. I’ve sent them an email with all my proof of payments and they have been saying the same thing every time I call, “they will escalate the matter and reconnects my services. A week later I will have to call them again to sort out the same damn issue. No one seems to be interested in truly fixing this problem. Mind you these calls are not free, Dstv has cost me more than the benefiting I’m getting. Please do better this is disgustingly appalling.
