Disconnected Services even though payment was done on the agreed date!

Paid my mom’s account on the 25th, woke up to a text that the services have been disconnected! Spoke to almost 10 different consultants to get services restored! Sent proof of payment. It’s been two days and the issue is not fixed. My 80 year old mother is without entertainment, the entire weekend! The amount of incompetence baffles me!
