Disconnected Services

I am really being abused at dstv.... I took out another new 24 months contract with dstv on the ultra all of that was fine and sorted. Before that I had made a payment on the 4th of February for my pvr HD then on the 8th March I took the 24 months contract with ultra,i was told after installation I should call back in to find out about the pro rata as Agent said she cannot inform me of the pro rata amount at the time. Fine I then called on the 7th March and I was told that due to the payment that I had made on the 4th and now that's been canceled due to the ultra I have funds of 300 and that will be put on my account to cover for the pro rata as my payment Dat also change to the 10th of each month. I was told on the 26th of March my services will not disconnect coz of the funds I have that will cover me till the 10th of April, so basically I will only pay on the 10th of April but here I am today the 26 of March and I have no services and I'm not happy at all I no longer know what to do with dstv. I need to speak to someone higher and I also need to sue dstv you guys have put me through so much and I can no longer take this much of Abuse from you anymore driving me up the wall at all times.
