Disconnected services

EFT was done on the 27th of June and this is the method I've been using for years. On the 2nd of July my services were disconnected. My dstv app still showed that an amount of R789 was owing even thought I made a payment of R799 on the 27th of June. On the 2nd proof of payment was sent to *** and i was also made to pay R30 for reconnection fee and a reference number of *** was allocated to me. Today it's the 4th of July and this issue is still pending. DSTV your customer care is terrible and your turnaround time in resolving simple issues is not very impressive.
