Disconnected package/wrong info from consultants

My package got disconnected after i spoke to one of your people to find out what my balance due date is i was told the 6/11/2020 i confirmed twice to ask is it the 6th and i was told yes but now suddenly it was supposed to be the 29th...now i need to pay a reconnection fee but the fault is on your side and not mine if i was told the 29th when i ask the payment would have been made but now im sitting with a decoder thats off and for what cause you give me incorrect information
