Disconnected DStv channel while payment was made

Bad evening.

Can you guys please please refund me my , R545.00 which I paid on 2023/06/21 here in ganyesa pep store, you started saying the reversed my debit order for the DStv of which you were lying the didn't do that. I personally went to the bank and checked bank statement and the consultant informed and shown me my statement there was NO reversal on it as you claimed .

I paid cash , and went to reverse the debit order as you were accusing the bank have reversed it now you have decided to switch of my channel it's almost six days now. You switched if off on 2023/06/19 until 2023/06/21 and now on 2023/06/26 until to date.

What is the matter with you guys? Can't you interpret or read the bank statement?

Last week I spent R120.00 airtime neither of you have ever called me and explain, every time I called I will be put on hold for almost 30 minutes for something I didn't commit
