Disconnected by DSTV but still charged & showing as active

My contract ends 12 Jan 2026. I received renewal link in December 2025 was requested to renew on the link else contract would end. I made numerous calls to make sure it would end on 12 Jan 2026. I was informed that if I didn't renew on the link it would automatically end and the debit order would stop but that never happened. I received an email & sms stating debit order would go through on 12 Jan 2026 for a higher amount. After calling today I was informed that I should have cancelled which I have been trying to do since December 2025. They have cut off my dstv viewing today but my debit order will still go on 12 Jan and there will be another amount due on 12 Feb
