Disconnected but paid

I paid my lil sis account via recurring payment which happened on 31january2022 but on the fourth the account was disconnected and have been asking proof of payment which send them via an email I called explained but still they still want a proof payment which I did send them my bank statement and reference number still can't be helped don't what to do now scared to make another payment which it's very disturbing
