disconnected and pathetic service
I had a horrible pathetic disgusting service from multichoice I spoke to desiree Bianca and smangele and they just **** and put me on hold for over 15 minutes and they still unable to help and they refused to transfer me to manager please reconnect my service now you good for nothing all you know is to take money

I called dstv now and spoke with Zanele who refused to transfer me to her senior instead she transfered me to thandeka ndaba who works at cancellation department and thandeka told me she can't transfer. kanti what kind of company is this it's like a tuck shop

She is a true gift to the people and I appreciate all that she has done. She managed not only to solve my problem but also made me still want to be a loyal client for multichoice.
