Disconnected and Annoyed

Today, I called their Call Centre regarding my disconnection. Spoke to Goodnews Gqoba, who advised me that the disconnection is due to late payment. My payments are always made on the 28th of each month to avoid late payments and paying the R50 connection fee for non payment. Requested him to send me a breakdown of how the o/s amount came up, he kept on putting me on hold and sounded like he dont know what he was saying and he ended up dropping the call on me.
