Disconnected alhough account is paid.
On 16 May my dstv was disconnected. I phoned and was told to email proof of payment. I then received an email from Unallocated funds section and asked to resend the information to them. I was not reconnected. On 19 May (3 days without dstv) I phoned again and spoke to Lwazi Ntuli. He asked me to email proof of payment AGAIN. He reconnected me. I never heard anything again. On 16 June I was disconnected AGAIN. I phoned to speak to Lwazi Ntuli again but could not be transferred to him. So I spoke to Ahnish Gowrie and was told to email proof of payment AGAIN.He reconnected me and I was told that I SHOULD PHONE BACK on the 19 June to follow up, but as I could not be transferred I sent Ahnish another email, he rep**** the matter had not been sorted so he reconnected me for a few more days. On 23 June I was disconnected again, I sent proof of payment again to Ahnish and spoke to Shafton Harpaul, who advised that I need to pay on the 1st to avoid disconnection, but at 5:30 this morning I was disconnected. How could I make payment at that time? I phoned Boitumelo and asked to have a supervisor contact me and they have not. I have since paid (at a reasonable hour). I need this sorted now
