Disconnected after payment is made

I reported Multichoice last month and I and was disconnected now I made payment on the 1st so I believe you make payments to get disconnected. I'm so frustrated right now because last month I just calmed down and thought let me just pay and see how things work out. Instead I've paid now I've given Multichoice my money for no reason.
